Bio

Kate has spent the last eight years building a practice guided by one central truth: everything is energy. Her work bridges the everyday world and the Spirit world, creating space for thousands of people to experience real, grounded connection with those they've lost and the deeper wisdom always available to them.

Kate’s work has also grown into helping people regulate their central nervous system, an experience she too found essential to managing life and in supporting others. With her ability to profoundly understand the way people’s energy works, she is described as a spiritual architect pulling the most dominant, deep rooted energies to light so clients find empowerment and freedom of what may be causing constriction and barriers in life.

Kate has felt the presence of Spirit for as long as she can remember. The loss of her husband to brain cancer in 2013 brought that connection to the surface, and changed everything. She found herself navigating profound grief, single motherhood, and the task of building an entirely new life from scratch. What carried her through was the unmistakable experience of continued connection. That became her life's work.

She brings something rare to this space: two decades of clinical experience that sharpened her ability to understand energy and its connection to an individual's emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing, and to translate that insight into something practical and real. As an RN she cared for thousands with heart lead compassion while lightening the worry and challenge with her humor and relatability. Her clients describe her as warm and direct, calming and energizing all at once, someone who makes the extraordinary feel accessible.

Kate works with people in the depths of grief, at major crossroads, navigating physical and energetic imbalance, and in moments of deep uncertainty. What people experience in Kate's work goes beyond a single session, it unfolds. Kate’s specialty is providing a place for people to experience a lived change.

She offers 1:1 sessions, group events, workshops, mentoring, speaking engagements, and private events in person and virtually. Based in California, Kate often travels for work to teach and provide the experience of the continuity of love, energetic movement and inspired direction.
