Kate's work rests on one foundational principle: everything is energy, and love is continuous - flowing without interruption between this life and the spiritual realm. Her approach is direct and heartfelt, helping people untangle the energy they carry so they can recognize and own their choices, build consistency in their spiritual connection, and move through the loops they've been avoiding. Drawing on over a decade of spiritual mediumship and energetic intuition, along with 15 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Kate brings a grounded, multidimensional understanding to each person's internal world. While grief and loss are often where this work begins, she also supports people through major life transitions and the pressures of professional leadership - anywhere internal peace and clarity are needed.
